We stayed here on a rainy night during the winter off season, so amenities were limited. However we had a delightful time with what was available to us. The rooms were warm, and the back windows could open all the way to a small porch. We just wanted to eat, have a hot shower, and sleep. The staff were available 24/7, and very kind to us. They also had helpful information about touring the Ancient City of Troy. The breakfast was delicious, and was located in the main dining room area overlooking the pool and beach below. The kitchen was available until 10pm. The spa was not available when we were there. I can imagine this place is THE SPOT to be in the high season. It was beautiful! We were very happy with the off season hotel rate. Very fair for what was available.

This booking was for my parents, so I won't comment on the hotel facilities. This is their second time in the hotel, and they were happy enough with everything the first time to come back. I think they would be happy to go again too. I want to say about their customer service - especially the guys on the phone! I had an issue with my card and phoned them to ask what to do and how best to resolve this. I was really worried the reservation would get cancelled and my family's holiday ruined. The staff on the phone immediately resolved the whole issue; they were happy to wait for my parents to arrive and sort out payment and told me to just phone them if they were going to be late. I was really grateful for that, and it all ended well.

The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and speak English. We stayed for 9 days off season half board, and the dinners are more like Turkish feasts, 5 course dinners of delicious food. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the area- we went to Troia, Canakkale, Gallipolli and the countryside villages, everywhere people were harvesting olives (end of October). Nice for seaside walks as well. A relaxing break off the beaten track and the dinners are exceptional!

We were provided an excellent disabled access room, easily accessible from the parking area. Our room balcony looked out over the Dardanelles, and we were also right near the main building and dining areas. Dinner was outdoors by the pool at sunset - great atmosphere and a beautiful location. Included breakfast was an extensive indoor buffet. The staff could not have been kinder to us. Also, for Australians, this site is a short drive on good roads to the Anzac locations, or to Troy and the Troy Museum.

We loved the charm this seemingly older hotel has. Nothing flashy, but charming, cute, family friendly and surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The beach is very close by and the pool area is comfortable. Couple this with an amazing view of the sea and you get an idea. But what stood out most is -for us- the amazing food we had. Every evening there was a set meal-of-the-day which was priced superbly and proved to be a bullseye choice for us, three evenings in a row! Highly recommended.
